Two different meanings of “standard form”
In British schools standard form means scientific notation: 1.5 × 10³. In American schools it means the ordinary digits, 1,500, which a British pupil would call standard notation.
In an exercise the two meanings ask for opposite things, so the tool prints both and labels each. More on the three ways a number is taken apart.
