What is worth writing about
- A wrong answer. This is the one that matters most. Tell us the number or the numeral you entered and what the site said, and it will be looked at straight away.
- A convention we have got wrong for your country. English number words vary, and we would rather know.
- A tool that would be useful. Tell us what you would use it for.
- Something that does not work with a screen reader, a keyboard, or with JavaScript or storage turned off. See the accessibility page.
- Anything about privacy, including a request under POPIA or the GDPR.
What happens to your message
We keep it and your address for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep a record of the exchange, and for no longer than twenty-four months. You are not added to a list; there is no list. See the privacy page.
What we cannot do
We cannot tell you what to write on a legal document, what your bank requires, or what answer your examination board expects. This site explains the ordinary conventions and does the arithmetic; the decision is yours. See the disclaimer.
